Dianne Pelaez joined the Law Offices of Christopher Palermo, P.A. in 2015. Dianne has over twenty years of experience working in various areas of civil litigation at several large firms in Florida. She provides direct support to the attorneys by reviewing, maintaining and managing the firm’s cases. She has extensive knowledge of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, as well as multiple state court rules. She is enthusiastic about her role in overseeing each case from beginning to end.

During her tenure as a paralegal Dianne has developed an expertise in construction defect and first party insurance legal matters. She is known to identify critical case details that help win cases. She is passionate about supporting her team in vigorously fighting for client’s rights to justice and financial remuneration.

On a personal note, Dianne was raised in Tampa after moving from New York City in 1979. She has four children, a grandson and three dogs. She enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
